Sarah Gilroy

Biography

Sarah is a senior Business Development leader with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth and building trusted relationships across Canada’s capital markets, financial services, and governance sectors. At PearTree Canada, Sarah works collaboratively with donor clients, their advisors, and the charitable community to help align philanthropic intentions with impactful outcomes.

Sarah has held senior sales and executive leadership roles at nationally recognized organizations including Computershare, TMX Group, TD Bank, and Bank of Montreal. Throughout her career, she has consistently exceeded aggressive growth targets while leading complex mandates, including IPOs and major issuer transitions, and serving as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, legal counsel, and investment banking partners.

She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Securities and Regulatory Law from Osgoode Hall, an MBA from Saint Mary’s University, and undergraduate degrees in Science and Education.
