Biography

Nathalie brings over 20 years of significant major gift fundraising experience to her new role at PearTree along with a deep knowledge of the charitable sector in Quebec City. Throughout her career, Nathalie has had great success within Centraide Québec et Chaudière-Appalaches & Fondation Michel-Sarrazin significantly growing the number and value of major and planned gifts. As the Director of Individual giving at Centraide, Nathalie increased the proportion of major gifts into the annual campaign from 3.4% to 21 % of total revenue. Specializing in working closely with high profile donors and volunteers, Nathalie uses her donor/client centered approach to develop sustainable and efficient relationships. Very passionate about philanthropy, she is committed to empowering individuals and corporations to have a greater impact in their communities through charity giving while partnering with PearTree. This goal will drive Nathalie’s work with Quebec City and area’s current and prospective donor clients, their advisors and charitable causes. Nathalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from Laval University in Quebec City. She also studied at the University of British Columbia in International Relations and traveled extensively in Central America. During the pandemic, she discovered disc golf and now loves to participate in summer tournaments all over the province and surrounding areas with family members.
