Kyle Ross

Biography

Kyle Ross brings a background in financial services, credit, risk management and business development to his role as a Dealing Representative & Business Development professional at PearTree. Based in Toronto, Kyle works with clients and their advisors across Ontario, helping them explore opportunities to maximize the impact of their charitable giving.

Kyle began his career in financial services, gaining experience in banking, lending and credit before spending nearly a decade with iA Auto Finance. During his time there, he progressed into senior credit and underwriting roles. He contributed to the development of underwriting policies, process improvements and the training and mentorship of other members of the team.

He later moved into business development, where he developed relationships with businesses across a wide range of industries and built new markets throughout Canada, the United States and internationally.

Kyle joined PearTree to bring his financial services and business development experience to an organization making a meaningful difference for Canadian charities. He is passionate about helping clients and their advisors discover effective ways to support charitable causes while creating value for themselves and their families.

Outside of work, Kyle lives in Milton with his wife, Melissa, and their two children. Much of his community involvement has centered around coaching youth sports. He has coached baseball, hockey and flag football, including serving as a head coach, and particularly enjoys the opportunity to help young athletes develop confidence, teamwork and leadership skills. He is also an avid golfer and enjoys playing hockey regularly.
