Jordan Romano

Biography

Jordan is a legal professional specializing in corporate finance transactions, with a primary focus on flow-through share offerings. He previously served as a securities lawyer, working with junior mining companies, and co-founded a law firm dedicated to supporting startups and small businesses. 

Jordan summered and articled on Bay Street with an international law firm. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western Law, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Toronto.

Jordan is an active member of various mining organizations, and is a dedicated member of the Italian-Canadian community in Toronto.

In his leisure time, Jordan enjoys travelling, perfecting his golf swing, and discovering new restaurants. He has also completed several marathons, embodying his commitment to continuous improvement.
