Jessica Stern

Biography

Jessica is an accomplished General Counsel with extensive advisory and business experience in the investment fund industry.  As General Counsel, Jessica oversees the legal and compliance functions of the firm.  Jessica possesses an in-depth knowledge of securities regulation gained both in private practice and as counsel for a large global asset manager.  Jessica provides legal advice across a broad range of topics, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk for the firm and it’s clients.  She also offers strategic guidance leveraging her deep industry knowledge to support our business objectives and foster growth.  Jessica has been an active advocate within the investment fund space through leadership positions with the Canadian Exchange-Traded Fund Association as well as with the Toronto Chapter of Women in ETFs.

Jessica is a graduate of Queen’s Law School and has completed numerous courses offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.
