Jerin holds six Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified AI Associate and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst. He is skilled in gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and translating complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions spanning integrations, data management, reporting, and automation.
