Biography

Jesse is a senior capital markets leader with over 15 years of experience advising global public and private companies in the metals and mining sector on complex corporate finance and capital raising undertakings.

Prior to joining PearTree Securities, Jesse built his career at BMO Capital Markets in Toronto, where he progressed from the Global Metals & Mining Investment and Corporate Banking group into senior roles within the Equity Capital Markets group. Under his leadership, he was responsible for overseeing corporate and institutional investor relationships across BMO’s Global Metals & Mining franchise, leading equity underwriting initiatives and strategic capital advisory mandates.

He also led BMO’s origination and execution of charity flow-through financings, advising on hundreds of millions of dollars in capital raised for public and private issuers with Canadian exploration and development-stage assets.

Jesse holds a Master of Business Administration from McGill University, graduating with Distinction.
