Ce r\u00e9sum\u00e9 est fourni \u00e0 titre indicatif seulement dans le but d\u2019orienter les initiatives de PearTree en mati\u00e8re de conformit\u00e9 aux normes d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partie\u202f1\u202f: Normes g\u00e9n\u00e9rales en vertu de la LAPHO\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(a)\u00a0 Plan d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 pluriannuel\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif de ce plan est d\u2019assurer la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la LAPHO. PearTree s\u2019engage \u00e0 revoir et \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 jour le plan tous les cinq\u202fans et \u00e0 l\u2019afficher sur son site Web.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(b)\u00a0 Formation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>PearTree veillera \u00e0 ce que ses employ\u00e9s re\u00e7oivent une formation sur les lois ontariennes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 pour les personnes handicap\u00e9es. La formation sera adapt\u00e9e aux fonctions de l\u2019employ\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partie\u202f2\u202f: Normes d\u2019emploi en vertu de la LAPHO\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(a)\u00a0 Recrutement\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>PearTree avisera ses employ\u00e9s et le public de la disponibilit\u00e9 de mesures d\u2019adaptation pour les candidats handicap\u00e9s durant son processus de recrutement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PearTree avisera chaque candidat \u00e0 l\u2019emploi s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour participer \u00e0 un processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation ou de s\u00e9lection que des mesures d\u2019adaptation sont disponibles sur demande relativement au mat\u00e9riel ou aux processus qui seront utilis\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PearTree consultera le candidat s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 qui demande une mesure d\u2019adaptation et lui fournira ou prendra des dispositions pour lui fournir une mesure d\u2019adaptation appropri\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 tenir compte de ses besoins en mati\u00e8re d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 d\u00e9coulant de son handicap.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(b)\u00a0 Information des employ\u00e9s\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>PearTree informera ses employ\u00e9s des politiques en vigueur et de leur mise \u00e0 jour concernant les employ\u00e9s handicap\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PearTree informera \u00e9galement tout nouvel employ\u00e9 de sa politique en mati\u00e8re de mesures d\u2019adaptation pour les employ\u00e9s handicap\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(c)\u00a0 Plans d\u2019adaptation individualis\u00e9s<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 o\u00f9 PearTree serait mis au fait qu\u2019un employ\u00e9 est handicap\u00e9, un plan d\u2019adaptation individualis\u00e9 sera <s>\u00a0<\/s>\u00e9labor\u00e9. Ce plan comprendra des renseignements relatifs aux interventions d\u2019urgence sur le lieu de travail (s\u2019il y a lieu) et recensera toute autre mesure d\u2019adaptation devant \u00eatre fournie.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(d)\u00a0 Formats accessibles et aides \u00e0 la communication pour les employ\u00e9s<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la demande d\u2019un employ\u00e9 handicap\u00e9 et apr\u00e8s consultation avec celui-ci, PearTree lui fournira ou prendra les dispositions pour lui <s>\u00a0<\/s>fournir les formats accessibles et les aides \u00e0 la communication dont il a besoin pour faire son travail.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(e)\u00a0 Processus de retour au travail<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un employ\u00e9 s\u2019absente en raison d\u2019un handicap et a besoin de mesures d\u2019adaptation afin de reprendre son travail, PearTree mettra en place un processus de retour au travail document\u00e9. Le processus de retour au travail d\u00e9crira sommairement les mesures que PearTree prendra pour faciliter le retour au travail de l\u2019employ\u00e9 et comprendra des plans d\u2019adaptation document\u00e9s qui ne constituent pas un pr\u00e9judice injustifi\u00e9 au sens du <em>Code des droits de la personne<\/em> de l\u2019Ontario (ou de la l\u00e9gislation \u00e9quivalente dans la province de r\u00e9sidence de l\u2019employ\u00e9). \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(f)\u00a0Gestion du rendement, perfectionnement et avancement professionnels<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>PearTree tiendra compte des besoins en mati\u00e8re d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 de ses employ\u00e9s handicap\u00e9s, ainsi que des plans d\u2019adaptation individualis\u00e9s, lors de la gestion du rendement, du perfectionnement et de l\u2019avancement professionnels ou lors de la r\u00e9affectation des employ\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partie\u202f3\u202f: Informations et communications en vertu de la LAPHO\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(a) Formats accessibles et aides \u00e0 la communication pour les clients et les employ\u00e9s<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la demande d\u2019un client ou d\u2019un employ\u00e9 handicap\u00e9, PearTree prendra toutes les mesures raisonnables pour lui fournir ou prendra les dispositions pour lui faire fournir les formats accessibles et les aides \u00e0 la communication en temps opportun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PearTree tiendra compte des besoins en mati\u00e8re d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 de la personne handicap\u00e9e qui en fait la demande et la consultera pour d\u00e9terminer la pertinence d\u2019un format accessible ou d\u2019une aide \u00e0 la communication.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les formats accessibles et les aides \u00e0 la communication seront fournis sans frais suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 la personne handicap\u00e9e qui en fait la demande.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9finitions\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Formats accessibles<\/span><\/em><\/strong>\u202f \u2013 Tout dispositif qui aide une personne \u00e0 accomplir une ou plusieurs t\u00e2ches de la vie quotidienne. En mati\u00e8re de communication, les formats accessibles incluent notamment, mais sans y \u00eatre limit\u00e9s, les gros caract\u00e8res, les formats audios ou \u00e9lectroniques enregistr\u00e9s, le braille et d\u2019autres formats que peuvent utiliser les personnes handicap\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Aides \u00e0 la communication<\/em><\/span><\/strong> \u202f\u2013 Aides dont les personnes handicap\u00e9es peuvent avoir besoin pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019information. Il peut s\u2019agir, par exemple, du langage clair, du langage des signes, de la lecture de l\u2019information \u00e0 voix haute \u00e0 une personne malvoyante, de l\u2019ajout de sous-titres aux vid\u00e9os ou de l\u2019utilisation de notes \u00e9crites pour communiquer avec une personne malentendante.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(b)\u00a0Processus de r\u00e9troaction<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 PearTree, nous avons pour objectif de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des clients et des employ\u00e9s handicap\u00e9s que nous servons. Nous veillerons \u00e0 ce que notre processus de r\u00e9ception et de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la r\u00e9troaction soit accessible aux personnes handicap\u00e9es en fournissant ou en prenant des dispositions pour fournir sur demande des formats accessibles et des aides \u00e0 la communication.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(c)\u00a0 Mesures et plans d\u2019urgence\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si PearTree apprenait l\u2019existence d\u2019un besoin d\u2019informations individualis\u00e9es sur les mesures d\u2019urgence en raison du handicap d\u2019un employ\u00e9, elle y r\u00e9pondra en lui remettant un plan individualis\u00e9 d\u2019intervention d\u2019urgence qu\u2019elle aura pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et qui sera adapt\u00e9 aux circonstances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019employ\u00e9 a besoin d\u2019aide, nous fournirons, avec son consentement, les renseignements relatifs aux interventions d\u2019urgence \u00e0 la personne
